The Berlin + London Dual City program allows Drexel students to experience two European capital cities in one term! Through this unique opportunity, students spend 3-4 weeks in Berlin and 5 weeks in London, taking courses in each city for a total of 17-19 credits. The program is open to all Business and Economics majors or minors, and International Area Studies majors with an interest in Business. There is no language prerequisite, and students will have the opportunity to learn beginning German language as part of the program. The program is run in partnership with the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) in Berlin and the Foundation for International Education (FIE) in London.
Students will be greeted in both cities by local support staff for orientation, which includes tours and other activities.

Payment Schedule:
Payment 1 Advance Payment: $500 due with application by March 1st. Applications are not complete until the advance payment is received (check payable to Drexel). Advance payments are refundable ONLY in the event that a student is not accepted to the program.
Payment 2 due after acceptance by April 1st:

Tracks 1 & 2: $700
Track 3: $520
Payment 3: $2,475 balance will be billed to student account (eBill) at the start of summer term
Included in the program fee:
-Berlin accommodation with breakfast
-London accommodation
-Class study trips and site visits in both cities
-5 week local transportation pass for London
-Mandatory German health, accident, and liability insurance for Berlin session
-Mandatory Drexel emergency medical & evacuation insurance
-Most parts of the optional “culture and leisure” program in Berlin
-Onsite staff support in both cities
NOT included in program fee:
-Round trip airfare
-Transportation from Berlin to London
-Meals (except breakfast in Berlin)
-Books, miscellaneous expenses
-Spending money/ personal expenses
Financial Aid
Financial aid applies for this program. Students are billed their normal Drexel tuition and keep all financial aid during their term abroad. The study abroad program fee will be billed to students’ Drexel accounts. If you receive Federal Work Study, consider applying for the Study Abroad Online Journalist work study position (only available to students after accepted into the program).
Scholarships
To seek additional funding, review the Scholarship & Funding Opportunities. Students who receive Federal Pell Grant should apply for the Gilman Scholarship. Remember that scholarship deadlines may be much earlier than study abroad deadlines, so plan accordingly.?
